Builds
Tools and components we build to do the work better. Some run in production across client sites. Some started as one client's problem and became something we reuse. Some are craft for our own site. This is the running list.
Tools we build once and reuse
Tool
Serving WordPress pages to AI agents as Markdown

Tool
A drop-in debugger for testing third-party widgets
A throwaway staging site and a one-file debug overlay for testing how third-party embeds behave across a real multi-page site. It reads the load model, the navigation order, and the cookies a widget writes, live, as you click through.

Screen recording to 2-minute highlight reel
We turned an 11-minute screen recording into a 2-minute highlight reel, automatically detecting the moments worth watching and fast-forwarding through everything that was just Claude working.
